2019 Senior Finale Dinner is a Success

It was invitation only in the White Apron Restaurant for the 2019 Culinary Careers Senior Finale Dinner under the direction of former students, Chef Steven Alsop (Class of 2013) and Chef Jacob Jenkins (Class of 2011).   Chef Steven and Chef Jacob cracked the whip during class time, giving intense direction and instruction to students as they prepped everything for their special guests.  The menu?  Roasted Heirloom Baby Carrots, Root Spinach Salad with shaved Asparagus, Risotto, Scallops on Artichoke Puree, and Chocolate Ganache with Raspberries.  A delightful meal nicely served.
