HVAC/R

Our Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration program teaches students how to plan, install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot residential and light commercial heating and cooling units. Students will be introduced to electrical, plumbing and pipefitting.

CAREER OUTLOOK FOR THE HVAC/R & RELATED FIELDS
Beginning median salary of $48,940 or $23.53 per hour as an HVAC/R Mechanic and Installer.
With additional training students can prepare to pursue a career in Plumbing with a median salary of $58,860 or $28.19 per hour.
Projected job growth through 2028 is 13% in Ohio and 5% nationwide in both HVAC/R & plumbing fields.
