Business Office Technologies

Program Information

This 900-hour program provides comprehensive computer and office training designed to prepare you to use computers in today's business world using Microsoft Office as well as specialization in medical billing and coding.

Students who have completed this 900-hour technical training program and passed the industry credentials could be awarded 30 technical college credit hours through the One-Year Option. Learn more about this program and our partnership with Lorain County Community College (pdf).

Program Certification 

All participants will sit for exams from National Healthcareer Association's Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS), National Healthcareer Association's Certified Electronic Health Records Specialist (CEHRS), MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist; Word, Excel), Office Proficiency Assessment & Certification (OPAC), and CPR.
