Program Information

Experience the Culinary Careers program as you work alongside a professionally trained chef to create gourmet foods, cakes, and pastries with artistic presentation.  Learn to manage and operate a fast-paced, upscale restaurant and cater community events. Express your culinary creativity in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation as you deliver the ultimate culinary experience for your customers. 

Students who meet the standards for the Pro-Start Certificate of Achievement and Serve-Safe Certification stand out in the culinary field.

Students in this program may qualify for articulated college credit.
