Tai Chi / Qi Gong

The ancient practice of tai chi and qi gong.  This ancient exercise has many health benefits recognized by the Arthritis Association.

Some of these benefits include:  stress reduction, improved balance, flexibililty, posture, fall reduction, strength, and  breathing.  

Millions of people practice tai chi daily.  Please join them with this introduction to tai chi.  

 

Qi gong is an ancient exercise that increases internal energy through specific breathing exercises and flowing movements.  

Anyone, of any age, can learn and enjoy this Tai Chi for Arthritis class with two certified instructors, TCHI, and Step Wise Method of Dr. Paul Lam

 

Starting March 16th

Thursdays 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Class fee $40 for 8 week session

Optional DVD $22 Tai Chi for Arthritis 2

Minimum class: 10, Maximum: 30

Wear comfortable clothing, flat shoes or shocks 
Bring water bottle if desired.
